The small print

Plain English, short on purpose. English is the governing language of everything on this page; translated copies, where they exist, are for convenience. If anything here ever contradicts what the site says elsewhere, this page wins, and tell us so we fix the other one.

Suggestions and pitches

The suggestion box and Original votes invite ideas, and we love getting them. To keep that simple: anything you suggest or pitch is given freely. We may build it, adapt it, or not, without payment or obligation, and whatever we build is ours. Your games are always yours; your ideas for our games become part of the workshop. If an Original grows from your pitch, the credit we can promise is the honest kind: your name on it, gladly.

The gallery ownership promise

Your game stays yours. Placing a game in the Member Games gallery transfers nothing: no copyright, no licence beyond permission to display and link it while it hangs there, no revenue share, no exclusivity. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and it comes down. Gallery games are never claimed as Trigmark's, never rebranded, and never called Originals. If Trigmark is ever sold or shut down, this promise binds whatever comes next: your game leaves with you.

The whole map works on one courtesy: we link every game at its creator's own home instead of copying it onto ours. We ask the same in return. Link to anything on Trigmark from anywhere; links are always welcome. Hosting, embedding, or copying our Originals elsewhere is not permitted. Originals are the games we build in-house. Those are ours. The line between the two never moves in either direction.
